2023 Rent an Eagle

Capital Football Families:

We have two very important events coming-up to kick-off our football season! We need your support for them both.

Rent An Eagle will be June 2 & June 3. As parent boosters, Rent an Eagle is one of our most lucrative fundraisers. It’s been several years since Rent an Eagle because of COVID, so this is a great opportunity for our players to come together to support their program and our community. During Rent An Eagle players work in teams of 2-4 to do projects for friends, family, and neighbors.

What wish lists do you or the grandparents or your neighbor-friends have for around the house and yard this spring?  Here are some ideas to get you thinking:

  • Mow, week, trim, haul away yard debris
  • Move paving stones
  • Spread rock or bark
  • Wash vehicles
  • Move furniture
  • Clean out the shed or garage
  • Clean up a job site
  • , etc., etc.

Parents are needed to help Rent an Eagle in 3 ways:

  1. Parent volunteers are needed to supervise teams of volunteers for one of both days. Click here to sign-up
  2. Rent an Eagle for your own projects
  3. Spread the word to all you know who might need some work done. Use the attached flyer – take copies to your office, hand around your neighborhood. send electronically, etc!

Upcoming Game Information

Parents,

A little more information. Please hang with us as we try to keep this as simple as possible.

We do not have bleachers at the field, if you wish to sit please bring a lawn chair to watch the game. We will have spots marked on the track for distancing purposes.

We’ve been analyzing our processes with tickets at all matches and games to this point, and we realize gofan hasn’t been smooth for everyone. We are going to change the primary way we take money, to paying by card at the gate with our clover app. Cash still will not be accepted.

If you have purchased your tickets already via gofan, we will use that option as well to keep things simple for you. But, if you would rather pay at the gate with your card, you will have that option.

You WILL still need to sign up using the google forms so we have a list of who is attending.

We want to thank you for your patience and understanding, along with following the guidelines that have been set for us. We know it’s not ideal, but hopefully we will get through this soon.

I have attached the google forms for the games next week. Please let me know if there are any questions. Thank you.
