All Juniors and all freshman are required to get new physicals. The BSD trainers will NOT be holding their usual clinic this year. Please us the IHSSA Physical Form when getting a physical from a physicians office(attached below).
UPDATE: Thanks to Lissa Simis and our amazing partnerships with the physicians at Idaho Sports Medicine Institute, they are offering to perform sports physicals at their office.
The cost is $30.00 (no insurance billing) and will be donated back to our sports medicine program.
